While this new version does not offer a lot of new features, if you own an Intel-Mac this upgrade is a MUST. The speed gain is amazing when EndNote is freed from Rosetta. Again, I would really like a more user-friendly upgrade policy. $90 for a software DL, and this on an almost yearly basis is way too much!
