I got this application (CD Spin Doctor) as part of Roxios "The Boom Box" software. And once again they want you to pay for this update. This is ridiculous seeing the only major thing added is that it is universal. Also, there is no upgrade price. It cost $39.99 for the download version which is almost what I paid for the entire suite of apps. in the boom box. Talk about a greedy company!!!!

Out of fairness I was trying to remove my earlier dissatisfied comments about there not being an update for us but could not figure out how to do it.

Not only greedy but appallingly anti-customer. It's impossible (as far as I can see) to get support (I wanted to ask them about upgrading my paid for copy too) without trying to struggle with the stupid Ask Roxann idiocy. What a joke!Reply to This
