Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Only plays less than 5 seconds then expects you to pay for the PRO version. What a joke. ike I can determine quality, compatibility and stability in 5 seconds.

Some movies the blackout before the fadein is longer than 5 seconds. i really enjoyed looking at the black screen.

This technique is called bait and switch, hope to get yoiu interested and then get you for fork out for the 'real' thing.

Companies that use this lose me forever. Don't waste your time on this.

Waste of time - neonlight

Maybe you should read the feature-list on the website to get an idea for what this software was. It’s made primarily to play Flash files (*.swf) and does this without the 5sec. limit. Only Flash-Videos (*.fla) which are used by YouTube, for example, have a 5sec. limit.
The software itself is clearly labeled as SWF Movie player (and yes, every SWF-file is called a movie even if it is something different than you might expect from a movie).
It plays SWF for free (what it claims), however the 5sec. FLA limit is not noted on VersionTracker but on the website.

Waste of time - techno-mage

This being marked as freeware is completely dishonest. Charging $20 to enable a single (and only) useful function of the program--who are then kidding?? The previous version did not have the 5 second .flv lame crippleware limitation. If all you want is .swf playback, there is no reason to even download this as there are no less than 3 different free programs that do that--not counting Quicktime.
