I see no way to Uninstall this app.
I see that it must be running also to work.

A .kext is a Kernel extension and the file itself is located in System/Library/Extensions/ on your boot volume. Presumably it will have some illustrative name (i.e., Gloworm.kext), if it does not, do NOT guesstimate which one. Erasing the wrong .kext file can really screw up your system. You can also determine which files were installed and where by inspecting the installation package with a tool such as Pacifist.Sunday, December 17 2006 @ 09:30 AM PST

The old v1.0.x series did not include an uninstaller. The only "file" (it's actually a bundle) is the kext:/System/Library/Extensions/GlowWorm.kext
You can safely delete that (after disabling GlowWorm), and it will effectively be un-installed. However, the application itself is "self-repairing", and will take the liberty of installing the kext again, the next time you run it.
The current 1.5.x (beta) series includes an uninstaller which deletes this file and several other installed files for you.
The beta page is here: http://glowworm.us/beta.html

I uninstalled by removing the .kext out of the system. That's quite a nuisance. Also having to have the app open in order to work is ridiculous. Hope this gets fixed very soon.Reply to This
