New: The pull-down menus remember their settings between launches.
New: Downloading tries to use the cache when possible.
New: improved interface. Got rid of my favorites. Who really cares what I like?
Fixed: the human-readable file name is now grabbed all the time, instead of just some of the time.
Fixed: the "Audio-only (MP3)" option was broken in 1.0.0, so that it actually produced mp2 files that play in iTunes but not on iPods. Thanks, David!
Fixed: removed the dimmed-out "preferences" item, as it was confusing people.
