I've been using WhereIsIt since the late 90's; it is an excellent disk catalog program with a whole lot of bells and whistles that make the price very much worthwhile. It has fairly good help, and the program's menus themselves are pretty intuitive, so it's not hard to figure out how to do things. In short, it's a VERY GOOD PROGRAM. On the other hand, forget it if you need any sort of help from Robert Galle, the program's developer. The treatment he gave me was just awful, and I am not the stupid moron he thought I was, I can assure you. I've taught computer courses and used computers since 1984. Mr. Galle was extremely mean and nasty in his reply to my request for assistance in reinstalling the program after getting a new laptop. So if you can't handle things on your own, don't buy this program.
