In fairness, I just wanted to update my comments from earlier, and give this software a rating. After another "not so nice" email from me, I heard from Rob tonight, and it appears that he has been trying to contact me, but somehow his responses were filtered as spam by Earthlink. I do have Earthlink set at the highest filtration level. After we finally made contact, his responses were near immediate. He also answered a couple of questions that I had very promptly, and expressed his regret about the misscommunication. Once I was able to try the software, I am very pleased with its function. So far, I recommend it highly. It is very easly to use, and the quality of the downloaded video is very good. It is just what I've been looking for. Thumbs up!!
