I hope the developer of this software is on vacation. Why else would someone accept your fee, and not respond to 3 email requests to send a serial number. It has been about 10 days since I purchased my license via Paypal, and I still do not have my serial number. In fact no response at all. HELLOOOO? ARE YOU THERE??? Buyer beware!

I purchased the product today. According to the site, per the instructions, click on the return to merchant site and you will be generated a serial number. Nope. No serial number. Also, emailed the developer. No response yet.If I don't hear back shortly, I will dispute charge and request a refund.

I'm the developer of TubeSock. I'm sorry you're having trouble. Every email we get is answered immediately -- we have received a dozen compliments thanking us for our quick turnaround time.We want to help you! We have searched our email address for "konig" and have received no emails from you. I personally searched the PayPal account and likewise have found no hits on purchases made by anyone with "konig" in the name. So, I have to assume you're sending email to the wrong address. As posted on the web page, "Tubesocker" at gmail.com is our official address. Any email you send there will be promptly replied to.
In general, when we see PayPal payments without registration requests (which indicates you closed the paypal window before PayPal sent the request to us) we try to send an email and ask if we can help. Again, I've not seen this for anyone named "konig".
Email us, we're happy to help.
