I'm using Sandvox since it's final release and love it. It could be a little more flexible from time to time, though.
Unluckily, Sandvox is plagued but some very annoying bugs, like inserted pictures not showing up, problems with copied & pasted content and especially deselecting the active textbox and jumping back to the top of the page after some actions (like inserting pictures or pressing "cursor down" at the bottom of the page).
Sandvox 1.0.4 is even worse: it shows this behaviour with no apparent cause in irregular but short intervals. This makes editing pages *extremly* tedious.
If you are interested in Sandvox (and you should be), wait for a fixed version.

I've had all the same problems you describe and more. Like half of the background of the pages showing and all the remaining text on a page is linked for no apparent reason. I paid for Sandvox and wished I didn't. I'm now looking into RapidWeaver.Reply to This
