Neither on VT nor developer's site do I find info on OS required. Am another of those old 10.3.9 holdouts. Sorry, won't try if I can't be sure of compatibility.

Looking for OS version required - RadioFlyer

Runs on Windows and Linux too. Developer is very responsive and would answer your concerns regarding compatability quickly.
