keychain "login" cannot be found to store "Safari" - kevin Ramsay

When I use Safari I get a box that says
keychain "login" cannot be found to store "Safari".
I am asked to "Cancel" or "reset to defaults". I cant get rid of this message. It's driving me mad for more than a year. If I cant stop it I will be forced to by a PC instead! How do I stop this thing?

Apple Keychain Repair does not work on OS10.4...
When are they going to update this?

my keychain - John Sawyer

Keychain Access, in OS 10.4's Utilities folder, has an option built-in for keychain repair. It's under the "Keychain Access" menu, labeled "Keychain First Aid". I don't know if it does everything that this older "Apple Keychain First Aid" does--maybe it does more.
