Feedback Type:  Usage Tip

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

I've found that when I am having problems opening an application, such as Photoshop or Office:Mac, that I can reboot and zap PRAM. I continue to hold the CTRL OPTION P R for 2-3 chimes. I login and I am able to use my applications that run through Rosetta again. Things work for a while again after that and when they begin to hang again I just do another reboot and zap.

If Rosetta app hang, open Terminal app and enter:
