Shiira is a very fast, very smart little browser. The fastest on the platform, in my experience. Some features are lacking (like auto-fill forms), but otherwise, there's no reason to look elsewhere. Some of Shiira's specific features are a really handy, like the dated downloads folders.

This app is a good example of what WebKit, and the whole development model behind it, makes possible.
