This app does allow you to watch wma movies in QuickTime. The problem comes when you try to export the wma movie into a DV stream (or any other format) for use in iMovie or Final Cut. Then you get a big THIS MOVIE CONVERTED WITH FLIP4MAC TRIAL across the middle of the entire movie. If this app says it's free then it should be free. Really cheap! They should at least tell us that in their marketing.

I just installed this and it messed up all my audio settings, the only thing that would play aidio was my itunes. Everything els muted. Im not trying to disuade people form trying this but im on a brand new Macbook (intel) and it was running great untill i intalled this. Sounds like a good programme, but im not risking another fresh re-install.Friday, October 13 2006 @ 12:02 PM PDT

It's quite clear on the home page. Can't be any more blunt honest than that.
