As a medical writer, I have to use a fair number of advanced word processing features (MS Word) during the day- but when i want to write something up that's simple or edit misc. docs, I hate using MS Word. OK-writer is now my favorite word processor.

this is a great program, and follows the best advice in programming- keep it simple. i'm going to recommend it to my friends and especially for elderly adults who may not be terribly computer literate.
