Nothing appears.....

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

All I get, after the first screen, is the gray background. No menus, no backgroung music...NOTHING! The program is alive (I can resize the empty window, I can change the volume with up and down arrows and I can quit it.
What's (not) happening?
