Hello,

my computer was switched off for some time. I came back from a short business trip, switched on my PowerMac, launched Photoshop CS2 and ...

... oh yes ... the lovely registration dialog box appeared once again:

" Please register your copy of Adobe Photoshop CS or the application will now quit. "

This dialog box is driving me nuts. So, I registererd my copy of Adobe Photoshop CS once again over the internet. OK ... done ... thank you Adobe for letting me do my homework with my purchased software.

Well, I wasn't sure if Adobe really got my registration information at this time, which is of course not privacy related at all. So, I have made another test run.

I have restarted my PowerMac and launched Photohsop CS2 right after. Well ... uuurgh ... nope ... sorry dear valued customer ... we love you so much that you might need to register your copy of Adobe Photoshop CS2 once again.

Adobe, it's getting tiring to register and unlock your software over the internet again and again. (Please read my prior posting on VT. Thank you.)

" ... Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser ??? "

graphically & sincerely,

Marc Klein

Please contact Adobe by phone or email about this. I don't think they will read your post here on versionTracker.

Do you mean "activation" or "registration" - Bongoloid

Activation is required.
Registration is optional.

Either way, call tech support - they get paid to help people you know...
