I want to stress that we're very interested in hearing from our customers - but we need more information than is posted here on versiontracker.com. We need to collect details.
If you have a suggestion or something you'd like to see in the product, please email suggestions@nowsoftware.com. This goes directly to the product manager and he reads every suggestion.
If you have a problem using our product, we need the details and do respond to every email. For best results, please use the support request form here: http://www.nowsoftware.com/support/supportform/
We can't fix a problem unless we hear about it.
Thanks,
Randy Murray

How to contact us - Palm Springs Follies
As Mr. Murray suggested, I sent an email to the suggestions address with some constructive suggestions. As of several weeks later, I received no reply. While I did not expect a detailed response back, if the product manager reads "every one" a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated.Tuesday, September 05 2006 @ 02:10 PM PDT
How to contact us - wchen1
Mr. Murray,That web form would work if we can get a response back from the support people. Three attempts (forms and emails) goes un-answered, and a phone call to the tech support simply established that there is a bug but no estimate on when it'll be fixed. I'd be more than happy to forward you the bug report (static web publishing) as well as the crashing problem with 5.3 that jimabeles described below. At this point we are seriously considering working alternatives like Kerios if that's what it'll take to get us working. We have been licensing NUTD since 3.x and this 5.3 has to be the buggiest I have seen.
