Nice that you responded, Randy. Problem is, the highlighting was present in prior versions, including version 4.5.3 (which I presently use). Your team did not, as a matter of interface design, decide to not highlight the header in the current day on the multi-day view; they overlooked the feature in the rush to release the latest eye candy versions. Your quality control team missed it too. In case you did not know, the highlighting lets one know at-a-glance what is the current day. Why would one remove this feature from the multi-day view but let it remain in the month view? Your attitude permeates Now Software; this is why your reviews are so poor. All that is necessary from a customer service point-of-view is to acknowledge the oversight and assure that it will be fixed in the future. I did not report a bug as your excuse reply indicates; I reported just what Now Software represents in customer support. Thank you for confirming my position. Please review page one of the standard college course, Customer Service Primer 101. P.S. Please do not respond. Just take care of the design oversight, and if the reminder issue is fixed (cannot tell you now since I will not upgrade until the interface is complete) you will continue to get paid (remember why you do what you do).
