I like the concept of Todos, but aside from being slow to launch, even after the initial one when it 'caches' its apps/icons, my main problem with it is that it takes up (on my system) 57+ Mb of RAM! Why? if the information is cached can't it be read from disk when needed instead of being held in RAM all the time? This is the show stopper for me. It is to easy to throw an Alias in my Favorites folder and put the Favorites folder in the dock, which take no memory and is available instantly without waiting to load.
I also agree with the reviewer who stated that they do not like apps that only work via a menu bar icon. Until Apple puts the app menus in the app window bar like every other OS, there will always be problems with app menu's overlapping menu-item icons. (and making multiple monitor use awkward, but that's a whole different argument)
It would also be nice to to have an "exclude" list so that obscure utilities that are seldom used do not show up.
