Email merge works very well, I use it quite often. I wish the developers would make a version which would send Rich Text with the Apple Mail program, but currently, it will only send Rich Text with Entourage, and in order to do that, you need to enter the tags by hand. Unfortunately, Entourage tends to mess up URLs. If it would do Rich Text with Mail, I would give it more stars.
