Existing users, 
Direction, now pay attention, they are very complicated.
1. Launch app, with me so far? ;-)
2. Drag your iPod icon to the first 'From' icon
3. Drag your destination folder or disk to the 2nd 'To' icon
4. Click 'Clone'
You will get progress feedback so you will know it is doing something.
Voila, cloned iPod! worked perfect for me.
