Crashes

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

This version won't start. Application hangs when connecting to database requiring a Force Quit. Still no recurring tasks, and the new hardline approach of charging for a demo period extension ($20 for 30 days) is over the top.

Crashes - marketcircle

That's a good point about the trial. We should have reset the date on that. You can reset manually using these steps:
http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/idx/0/270/article/

The trial extension is only when you have to continue using the app beyond the 30 days with *same* database you've been using for the 30 days. If you want to re-evaluate with a new database - then simply follow the steps above and create a new database.

I'm a little surprised about the hang on connect. The installer restarts databases and sometimes (very rarely) a database license conflict can occur if you have or use other products that use the database engine.

If you contact our support crew, we'll get to the bottom of it.

Crashes - Simmonet

Exactly the same issue here... hangs on restart after update.
