Check Off is a simple to do list. It puts a check mark in your menu bar allows you to have folders and use labels. It has worked flawlessly since day one. Instead of having to open iCal or some such app. to see your to do list. Simply click on the check and the drop down menu shows all of your entries.
Now this is the only thing I use for my to do's. I also use it for notes.
