It's easy to forget the silly bouncing up and down of the Cisco VPN client, and I'm happy to do exactly that. Shimo makes connecting disconnecting to a VPN via Cisco exactly as smooth and easy as it should be. I do agree that it could lose the dock icon, but all else is pretty much perfect.
