First, let me say that I didn't realize Firefox would automatically download and update the software. That's REALLY annoying. I guess I didn't go that far into the preferences. But I had a really bad morning after it did so. My chief problem so far has been that the blog I do for work through Blogger kept hanging and wouldn't publish. I was blaming Blogger till I tried it on my husband's PC and then on Safari on my MacBook Pro and had no problems. I just trashed Firefox. Is there any way to find the old version of Firefox out there? Thanks.

Issue with Firefox 1.5.0.4 for Mac OS X - JohnnyMacintosh
Firefox 1.5.0.4 actually does work for posting to Blogger/Blogspot.I just used it to post to one of my blogs on Blogger this morning.
There is one thing that has been acting oddly about Blogger this month. I am not sure if it is browser-specific or not.
When I post something to Blogger, it does not show up when I click the View hyperlink on the posting page.
I assumed this has something to do with caching and/or the request or response header that has the date in it. Not sure if the fault is in the blogger.com server - or Firefox.
Try typing Command-R (on Mac) or Control-R (any other OS) and see if that makes your missing post(s) appear in Firefox. You can just push the refresh/reload button on the Firefox toolbar too.
