It's some demo when you can't get past the first 3 seconds of the game because Captain Hector Craphead keeps blowing the $h!t out of you.

You must have tried the game before, and there's still a license file somewhere on your system. Check both /Library/Preferences and ~/Library/Preferences (there may be copies in both places). If you toss that file, it might reset the trial timer.Even if it doesn't, EVN is a great game, and worth the $30. I've been playing for years. Keep in mind- there are a number of major storylines, and the plug-ins on the Ambrosiasw.com site include the two previous games (EV and EVO) adapted for the EVN engine. All told, its a decent value.
