This is indeed a huge improvement over Apple's 'fake' interface. One thing that is mentioned as a searchable attribute in the developer documents for Spotlight is finding invisible files. So, I guess this is a feature request, that finding invisible files be made available with NotLight. Maybe they aleady are and I just haven't found that feature, but if not, it would make a handy addition to the next version.

Would it be possible to display the date and time created rather than the date and time modified? The modification date is not very useful. There are many commonly used programs that "modify" the file whenever it is opened or when innocuous changes are made, for example, TextEdit will modify a file when you select a larger font or change the window size.Friday, January 19 2007 @ 10:29 AM PST
