I can't believe people are still using this. Do any of you have any idea what risks you're taking? Any idea how this 'contraption' really works? If you did you certainly wouldn't run it ever again.

Perhaps you could enlighten me a bit since this has been a life saver for me!43 tabs open in the front page of Safari, several other windows open with multiple tabs... Safari consuming 10% CPU without anything going on, Safari consuming 467MB of real RAM out of 1GB, 4.2GB of Virtual RAM, Civ3 was running one tenth speed.
Saved the Tab Sets for all windows, quit Safari, reloaded & updated all Tabs in Safari.. Now Safari is using 0% CPU when not being used, consumes 191MB of real RAM, 338MB of Virtual, Civ3 plays at full speed nearly... and I haven't lost a thing as far as I can tell for but the use of a couple of Clicks!
I'm off to purchase Safari Expander now, though I'd certainly be open to what you know/think is wrong with it!
PS. For my purposes and uses, this APP/Extension beats the Nagware Saft by many miles.:-)

Is there any way to delete multiple posts? I mean, can you really accidentally sent the same post *5-6* times? But I agree with the first poster--without saying *how* Enhancer compromises your system the original post is pretty much worthless.Monday, September 04 2006 @ 09:41 PM PDT

I've heard that Safari is not as secure as other internet launching programs. Is that true and what the original poster is referring too?Friday, September 08 2006 @ 10:47 PM PDT

These comments are altogether unhelpful. Please tell us specifically what you believe is wrong with this application and why. Thanks.Reply to This
