Existing users, 
I have been desperately searching for a program that would keep tabs on client information and help me generate invoices. After trying a clunky program (that shall remain nameless), doing it by hand in Excel and Word, and seriously considering coughing up $400 for QuickBooks, I found PAID!
It was a very happy moment in my business life.
Only improvements I can suggest would be larger image sizes for imported logos, and maybe not so much film-terminology pre-programmed in. Great for any small business - not just film! (I'm a graphic designer.)
