Existing users, 
Any ideas why FileType 1.0.1 would consistently crash on quitting? I'm running OS 10.4.7.

The solution to the crash-on-quit for me was to move the FileType application out of a sub-folder in the Applications folder. On my system (MacPro 2x3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon) if FileType is in a sub-folder inside the Applications folder, it crashes on quit. If I move FileType up one level so that the app is directly inside the Applications folder, the crash-on-quit goes away. Hope this helps!--MacBrian

Crashes on quit - TripleF3000
I've heard about this error from different people (it doesn't happen here), but unfortunately I currently don't have the possibility to release another version of FileType 1.0. However, to my knowledge the error seems to disappear sometimes when upgrading to a newer system version. Also, although it is ugly, the crash shouldn't cause any other problems.I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
