Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

This is a great program, but it's very aggravating to have to re-enter the registration info with every update. Can this be fixed?

I have been using GC for several years and have yet to have it forget on my PowerBooks. Maybe I am just lucky.

I had this problem as well on one of my computers. The solution, according to author Lemke, is to click the button to register for the current user, not all users. The problem has not returned since I did this.

Same here on re-entering the SN. I feel like I'm running a pirated version.

Why does it forget? - Bingo!

Should be fixed cause for me it's a reason to use it less. So silly.

Should be fixed cause for me it's a reason to use it less. I've trashed my preferences several times (and re-entered all my settings again) plus I have to enter two serials (original and upgrade). So silly.
