I am a life long Word user, I write creatively for a living, and my tool belt woudl feel naked without Word in it. I ahve been using Jer's Novel Writer for a little while now and I feel like the overboard sailor, clinging to a floating palm tree, happening upon an island with a secret store of rum, and naked dancing girls to crack the bottles open for me.

It is good stuff. It takes a bit to get over your pre-concieved notions of what is supposed to happen in the writing process, but once you get over that, it is unicorns and fuzzy bunnies bounding over your writing area. Seriously.
