a few months ago, after using the lite version, I purchased the product. The product works fine and I refer you to other reviews for details.

My complaint involves the anti-piracy scheme they use. You need to download a special file and place it in the application folder. I recently upgraded my computer to one of the new wintel macs. I started with a clean hard drive. I ed the new version of each app I use, and entered in the necessary codes to unlock them. Oops, i didn't save the "special" file these guys use. I suspect they will eMail it to me, but why make it so hard and be so different from what everyone else does. I personally will never recommend this product, or any product from this provider again.

I accept that I need to keep track of registration codes, I have a text file and a method for doing exactly that. I do not want to have to also start keeping track of files with generic names !!!!

FYI: I have two macs and wanted to synchronize the iTunes folders. I never got this app to do it correctly. Perhaps it is me, but it was months ago. I was going to try it AGAIN, but wasted 15 minutes looking for the registration page on the app before figuring out why I am not registered.

P.S. AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHY YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FROM THE APP, AND OFFER A ONE CLICK WAY TO REORDER THE FILE FROM THE APP. DO NOT MAKE ME DOWNLOAD THE PDF FILE, READ IT, NOT GET MY ANSWER, THEN HAVER TO READ THE WEB SITE, ETC... GEEEEEEEEEZZZZZ
