Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

I've played around with Virtual II a few times, but don't have that many IIe titles to justify the cost of the software. But it defintely has the most features of any of the ones out there. I did have a question .... Ever planning to include IIgs emulation? I have a lot of old games from my IIgs days, and the small selection of IIgs emulators dont run very well (if at all).

Apple IIgs support? - MacGerard2

The IIGS is a very different machine from the ones emulated in Virtual II. I have no plans to include support for it.

Check out Bernie to the Rescue.... a very fully-featured IIgs emulator for the Mac. http://www.bernie.gs/Bernie/

Question to Developer - barryaus

Is there a native OS-X version of Bernie? I used to run it under Classic, but even then the version I had broke with a later version of OS-X, which is why I ran Gus under Classic environment. I now run Sweet16 under OS-X Leopard

Question to Developer - barryaus

For IIgs emulation I use Sweet16. It is pretty good. I used to like Gus, but it ran in Classic mode. Sweet16 runs in Leopard on my iNtel (as I like to spell it <grin>) machine.
