I was all set to give the application a try. The theory is valid (not sure if their ap really used such an algorithm or not) so I tested it to see if it could pick just ONE number correctly.
Using Illinois' Mega Lotto (5 numbers + bonus number), here is Sorcerer's extremely vague result, and the actual winning number. You determine if your odds were any greater with this application...

NON-BONUS BALL SECTION ANALYSIS
Analysis of the prior draws for the non-bonus ball section calculates that the best strategy is by picking numbers from a pool of one hot number, 2 cold numbers and 2 non-hot/non-cold numbers.
Hot number pool: 2, 7, 8, 18, 20, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 36, 38, 39, 48, 52, 53
Non-hot/non-cold number pool: 1, 4, 5, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 21, 34, 35, 37, 43, 44, 45, 46, 50, 51, 54, 56
Cold number pool: 3, 6, 9, 10, 13, 15, 19, 22, 23, 26, 30, 33, 40, 41, 42, 47, 49, 55
BONUS BALL ANALYSIS
Analysis of the prior draws for the bonus ball calculates that the best strategy is by picking the number from the pool of cold numbers.

If the next drawing follows the suggested strategy, the odds of winning the highest prize (jackpot) has improved from 1:175,711,536 to 1:37,911,360, an improvement of 78%.
The suggested numbers displayed are based on the suggested strategy. Please note that this analysis greatly increases in accuracy when you have entered the maximum number of past drawings (224) into the database.
--- end quote from Lotto Sorcerer X's analysis ---
First, to pick a number for their list of numbers is far too random and very unhelpful.
Secondly, here is the actual winning numbers...
13-17-24-34-56 bonus ball = 24
The bonus ball as NOT in the list of cold numbers (as they advised), and there would have been no way to even come close without it.
They cover their hind ends by saying that your odds increase with more sampled numbers. The demo only provides 50. I suppose I could have sat here and attempt to accurately entered all of the additional 900 numbers (150 x 6), OR I could BUY the numbers list OR subscribe (Pay) to get the list on a regular basis.
Conclusion. Far too much money for such as incredibly vague system.
PAY for the full version.
PAY more money forever for the numbers.
THEN we split the possible numbers into just 3 long lists (hot, cold, medium)where YOU choose the numbers. In short, YOU are just choosing YOUR numbers at random. I was expecting perhaps just a "hot list" of less than 50% of the possible choices from which to choose.
If I were to take $4 and buy 4 quick-pick numbers, my odds would have been decreased by about the same amount (75%). This means that if I buy quick-pick numbers rather than spending money on the software and subscriptions, I'd have about the same odds , and I'd already have the tickets in my pocket... rather than spending the money (and tons of time) on useless software in my computer, and still no tickets in my pocket.
Take the money and go get quick pick tickets. With each one you buy, your odds get better proportionally. DO you think spending $30 on software, especially in this "system" where YOU must choose the numbers, will give you better than 30 times the odds? Just buy 30 tickets instead.
Even better, go to a local casino where some games and slot machines are close to a 99-in-100 return on your money (with a few free drinks and some fun), compared to a state lottery where most games are is less than 50-in-100 return (even if you win, you get only half of what the odds are).

Here's a REAL result... VERY SAD!! - Rider
You know, I think it's hysterical that some people think this software is supposed to, actually, win them the lottery...and they bash it if it doesn't, or doesn't even come close. HEY PEOPLE, it's an academic exercise in statiscal analysis, for FUN, and for, perhaps, some improved odds in winning, but nothing so grand that you might see ANY improvement in a drawing in your LIFETIME, or ten lifetimes, for that matter! The odds, even reduced in choosing hot numbers, are still infinitesimally small. Buy it, if you can afford it, and have some fun with it. Get over the idea that you're gonna retire rich, after winning. In fact, GET A JOB!Reply to This
