I've been using Chronosync for about 6 months to sync my laptop and desktop, just got the latest version. I'd recommend it v highly - does just what it says, no fuss, no bother. Free updates and works like a dream. No, I'm nothing to do with the company, I just like it when I get something reliable and effective.
