Don't bother paying

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

This shareware program, like many, has a "nag" reminder that pops up with increasing frequency as you use it.

I paid the license fee, received a "license file," opened the file with the Xfactor app, and what did I get for my money?

Nothing. The nag reminder still comes up. I wrote to the developer and received no reply.

I see why the payment page advises, "absolutely no refunds."

Use the app if you like. But don't bother paying.

Exact same story, but i sent him 5 emails, no reponse ... though the day i send paypal collections after him he responds in less than 2 hours. what a shame, all i wanted was to register his software. He refuses to respond in email to anyone. Great program, just dont pay for it.

Don't waste your money. This developer will offer you no support at all. I had a system crash recently and requested my registration file again and had now reply.

There are free applications that offer better support then this.

I agree. I paid and the guy never replied either. I guess he is ashamed for writing such a crappy program.

Rookie developers should keep their code on their own machines. What a ripoff!
