Safari menu services for apple mail broken?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I can no longer send safari content via apple mail through the services menu in safari (Safari/Services/Mail/Send Selection).

Any one else notice this? I'm not 100% sure that this safari update killed it - or if it was due to one of the last 2 security patches.
I have no other problems with my system.

System Info:G4 1.2 Ghz Tiger 10.4.6
