Problems with v. 3.0.1

Used Product For: 6-12 months

I've been happily running v. 3.0 and all previous versions with no problems. Now all of a sudden, this update will not run. I double-click to install, and get an error "Preferences Error - Could not load TapDex"

Tried a manual install, and get the same error.

Tried binning the com.yellowmug.TapDex.plist file, and still get the same error.

Reverting back to v. 3.0 gives the same error.
