Toast is a great program. I have only used it for DVD burning (not copying, but taking mpegs and making them into DVDs), and I am very impressed. I tried the same project in iDVD, but iDVD is too bulky. Toast is a very streamlined program. it makes ok menus (nowhere near as nice as iDVD's), but it does the job efficiently.
I didn't rate the "Support/ Documentation", because I have never used it. Toast is so easy, I have never read the "read me" (I'm not even sure it has one), nor have I ever had to open the "help" menu.
so, should you buy Toast? do you want an easy to use, less flashy, overpriced*, reliable, nearly perfectly designed app? if so, Toast is for you.
*I don't care how good it is, a disk burning app should never cost more than $30-40.
