Typing Tutor 4.2.1 will not open with Mac OS X 10.3.9

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

After upgrading from version 4.2 to 4.2.1 on my 1 GHz PowerBook, Typing Tutor application will no longer open (a few bounces on the dock and then 'poof').

I cannot re-obtain version 4.2 from VersionTracker. The download site has two links (one to the "current version" and one to Version 4.2. However, both links connect to downloading version 4.2.1.

New subject. Why must we keep re-entering the activation code with each upgrade? Other vendos' applications don't make you do that for minor upgrades (e.g., 4.2 to 4.2.1).
System Info:1 GB of Ram; 80 GB Hard Drive; 3rd party Airport extreme card (in the slot)

When I downloaded the lastest... there are TWO installers. One for Panther 10.3.x or before and another for 10.4.

This was a problem on Mac 10.3.9, and has now been fixed.
