Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I used once successfully to make an avi at 700mg.....then the next time it crashes in about 1 minute. On an iMac G5 10.4.6 with 2 gig ram....I trashed everything including prefs and redownloaded with no improvement. Any suggestions?
