I downloaded the demo of the app with the intention of trying the five clean-ups as proposed: I would then have bought it because it seems like a very good idea. Since then Clean app appears at each startup of my machine and the only way to get rid of it is to force it to quit. Is this to bully me into buying it? It's is the next thing to spam or pop-ups. Somebody in your team must think he's very slick. Well, please tell him or her that it may be the best app in the world, but this bad practice has just lost you at least one customer and I hope you will lose others - anyway you won't get my 10 bucks.
Never encountered this sort of thing before: just hope it won't become a fashion.
I have informed the Version Tracker team of this.

Easy fix for unwanted startup - MacOO7
Sounds like the application added itself to login items in the accounts preference in System Preferences. Just go to Accounts in System Preferences and select the Login Items tab. Look for the application, select it and hit the minus button. If that doesn't work you may need to look in the library folder (not the one in the users folder) for the StartupItems folder. Open that and see if there is a file or folder with the application's name. Delete that and you should be good to go.Monday, May 22 2006 @ 08:45 AM PDT
Demo opens at each startup - Mendel Kucharzeck
This is NOT implemented in the App, you must have accidently dropped it in your startup items! If you continue to have problems, feel free to contact us. It is not our intention into forcing someone to close the app at each startup!
