This app just keeps getting better and I have no problem in paying for it. I love what it does. Still, I just have to wonder.... Why do Macs not get as cool visual plugins as Windows users seem to get? I have freinds who have these amazing visualizers that go through 3D tunnels and Over Terrains and Melt and Vortex and do all these amazing things, but all that we Mac users seem to mostly get are squiggly lines with an occasional meltdown that doesn't last... even with a 1.9 GHz G5 Machine!!! This just doesn't seem fair. Still, I'm grateful for what I have and for my Mac as well. Just wish the visualizers were altogether better than they are.

Yep, you have a point - Stormchild

I've seen a lot of visualizers on Windows that are MUCH cooler than this. Don't get me wrong, I've been a G-Force fan for years (and was into Whitecap in its day too), and I think it's great that it keeps getting improved. However, I recently decided to stop paying the annual fee, because honestly, even though the new features and configs are nice, it's really just the same old thing over and over.

I'm satisfied with the version I already have (I think I've got 3.5.4), although it annoys me that I can no longer even download the versions that shipped up until the point that my account expired. I certainly shouldn't have to pay again to get the same version I already paid for, but that's another issue.

Back to the point, G-Force has been leapfrogged by several other visualizers. There have been much cooler visualizers available on Windows for years already -- ones that make G-Force look like Pac Man (and Whitecap look like Pong). Pac Mac is still fun, and G-Force is still cool, but I wonder if Andy (O'Meara) is working on anything "next gen", or just planning to beat this current horse to death.
