I second your comment about their customer service. In the past few months, I have had to migrate, start anew, transfer, etc. my software, including upgrades. When I sent an e-mail requesting their help with lost serial numbers, etc., they reply with the needed fix within hours, not days. No need for those automated responses that say they will get back with you as soon as possible or within a certain time frame. disclabel send you the solution in about the same time all others take to send an automated reply!Sunday, May 21 2006 @ 03:48 AM PDT
