If there's an area where Apple continues to disappoint, it is in the failure to adequately test products before releasing them. Apple certainly has enough money and technical skill to get this right, but still seems to be trying to "save money" by short-changing the testing process. If a company were trying to differentiate itself from the mass of medicore produts out in the market, this would be a poor choice of action.
