I got my new Sony Ericsson W810 today and, of course, wanted to synchronize my contacts and my iCal calendar. iSync doesn't support that cell phone.
Simply create the folder in /Library/PhonePlugins and move the content of the ZIP file into it. Start iSync and add the phone. Works perfectly on my iMac with Intel and OS X 10.4.6.
It even includes a nice icon of the cell phone for iSync. ;-)

It didn't work for me - info1477
J have had the same problem but it is very easy to clear. You have to create the folder not on the macintosh HD. Create the "PhonePlugins" folder in your "Home" (Name) Library. Than put the hole donwloaded folder into "PhonePlugins". Result:
/Library/PhonePlugins/SonyEricssonW810.phoneplugin/Contents/etc.
this works ... easy ;-)

It didn't work for me - gnjo
Do I have to create a folder called PhonePlugins? because it doesn't exist in my library. I tried copying the files into one that I named that way, and also to one that already existed called Phones, but I still can't make it work.Help Anyone??
