how do you install it as a screensaver? just dragging it to ~/Library/Screensavers didn't do anything at all. It didn't show up in "Desktop & Screensavers" preferences.

One Question: Are you running Mac OS X 10.4.x? Because if you are not then this file will not work for you as it is a Quartz Composer document that is only viewable by 10.4.xRegards,
