Flip4Mac gives us the familiar QT interface, even as it functions now almost as slow and clumsily as the WiMP plug-in was.
But now when you encounter embedded movies and the seekbar is unresponsive and the viewport is flickery and scrolls poorly, it's QuickTime that looks bad rather than Windows Media.
Microsoft happily stopped plug-in development and now hosts Flip4Mac on their site.
I wonder if it will work much better on Intel Macs.
Still I recommend this now because what else are you going to do? Is there an MPlayer plugin...?
